Testimonials

Chelsea’s artwork hangs in my New York City apartment in the Baccarat residences. It’s the main piece in my living space that adds interest, color, and beauty to the room. I kept the furnishings black, white, and metal in order to highlight Chelsea’s artwork. The light in NYC  changes every minute of the day and as it enters the room through the floor to ceiling windows, the artwork reflects, shimmers and glows in many ways, which keeps it ever changing and so interesting and beautiful to observe. We enjoy every minute living with this piece, because it always has a different blend of colors as the light changes throughout the day and seasons. Chelsea is a pleasure to work with, we enjoyed visiting her studio, and the installation process was a pleasure. Chelsea was there until the end until we were fully satisfied.

Chelsea brought color and fun to an empty corner of our museum.  She considered how the exhibit would be used and who would use it to create a beautiful, durable, playful and interactive work of art.  The Rainbow Room is enjoyed by guests daily and has withstood tremendous use.  It is a playful backdrop for photos, and inspires movement and joy.  In addition,  Chelsea is a wonderful friend to CMEE and a steward of our mission.  She advocates for us in the community, lends a helping hand at events, and identifies unique opportunities for families participating in our outreach programs to engage in.

Chelsea made a series of beautiful hand cut origami paper artwork for Wyckoff Heights Medical Center's main lobby. These colorful, thoughtfully created pieces are appreciated daily by staff, patients, and visitors. She worked professionally with the administration within the hospital staff and was timely and courteous in regards to the artwork creation and installment.

Chelsea showed such generosity, kindness, artistic ability and love for children. She would be an asset in any establishment where she would work with, interact with and help our future generations to come.

Chelsea (Maria Bizub's) performances with reflective paper and light are related in precept to “Expanded Cinema” and camera-less movies. She shares an interest with the pioneers of New American Cinema in amplifying visual perception and creating new forms of moving image art.

Chelsea created beautiful geometric collages for placement in hospitals. She began her career at a young age with great passion and purpose. I am excited and confident to watch how her career unfolds and sure she will continue to inspire through her art creation and dedication towards healing.

Chelsea shared her artwork through a virtual show with the Dattner Gallery during the spring of 2020. Her initiative to provide art care packages to local NYC hospital workers during the height of the pandemic was especially touching to our team. It was a reminder for us that art has a power to connect & inspire people in unexpected ways. I look forward to collaborating with her on future projects.

Revelation Gallery (the art gallery of St John’s in the Village) was delighted to exhibit Chelsea Browne’s beautiful artwork in May, 2012. She was an active volunteer within the community during Covid. We very much appreciated her positive energy, her attention to detail, and the diverse and lively crowd who attended her month-long exhibition.

In 2016, The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics commissioned four artworks from Chelsea Browne for our new UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital. They all turned out great. For our preview open house event, we installed just one work of art in the entire hospital on the 6th floor for a tour of the NICU—“Big Heart” by Chelsea (Bizub). We received a lot of positive feedback from our visitors as they exited the elevator and walked by the artwork to enter the unit for the tour. The artwork has been there ever sense.

Chelsea Maria Bizub makes the most intricate geometric forms in the most unexpected materials. They are illuminating, uplifting and surprising. Her brilliance at art and math in concert is rare. Her harmonious vision and perceptiveness are even more rare. In art shows she always comes through with flying colors. I have curated Chelsea's work into multiple exhibitions in New York City. I'm proud to own some of Chelsea’s pieces - timeless treasures.
